We want you to be happy with your purchase from KidsKo Wear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below before sending anything back.

 


 

Return Periods

· Full-priced items: May be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

· Sale items: May be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

 


 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

· Unworn and unwashed

· In original condition

· With all tags and packaging intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at kidskowear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

3. Carefully package your item(s) and send them back using a tracked shipping method which we will provide.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. We’ll notify you by email once the refund has been processed.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 


 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
