1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders within Lithuania only.
2. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Lithuania usually takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Home delivery costs €1.99.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €24.99
5. How do I return an item?
Email us at kidskowear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions along with a tracked shipping method.
6. What is your return policy?
· Full-priced items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
· Sale items can be returned within 14 days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
8. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll be refunded to your original payment method.
9. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at kidskowear@gmail.com and we’ll make it right — including covering any return shipping costs.
10. Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to help. Email us as soon as possible at kidskowear@gmail.com.
11. Do you have a physical store?
No, KidsKo Wear is an online-only store.
